Alexandra David-Néel, née en 1868, est une figure majeure du dialogue entre l’Orient et l’Occident. Exploratrice, écrivaine et pionnière, elle consacre sa vie à l’étude du bouddhisme et à l’exploration de l’Asie, notamment du Tibet, où elle parvient à entrer clandestinement en 1924. Ses nombreux ouvrages font découvrir au public européen la spiritualité tibétaine et les réalités culturelles de l’Himalaya. Féministe avant l’heure, libre, érudite et insatiable, elle incarne une modernité visionnaire fondée sur l’ouverture, la curiosité et la quête de sens. 今天想和大家聊一聊在中国工作是什么样的体验。在中国的工作大概可以分为这几种：公务员、国企、事业单位、民企和外企。
公务员的工作很稳定，一直以来都是最受欢迎的工作。特别是疫情以后一些公司倒闭，员工失业，大家更觉得有一份铁饭碗很重要。在中国，我们把这种很稳定的工作叫做铁饭碗，例如公务员、教师和医生等等。
国企就是属国家所有的企业单位，例如中国石油、国家电网等等。国企的好处也是稳定，但是发展有限，关系和人脉很重要。
事业单位是一些从事教育、科技、文化、卫生等活动的社会服务组织，例如教师、医生和研究人员等等。事业单位的工作也是比较稳定的，但是收入要看当地的经济，很多地方的待遇其实很一般。
随着经济的发展，中国涌现出一批营收上百亿的大民企。2023中国民营企业500强榜单显示，民营企业500强入围门槛达275.78亿元，比上年增加12.11亿元。京东、阿里巴巴和腾讯都是为大家熟知的企业。2016年到2018年可以说是中国互联网行业的高光时刻，薪酬待遇远远超过普通的公司。然而2022年开始的“裁员潮”似乎到了今年也没有停下来的趋势，这让很多中年失业者陷入“上有老、下有小，背负房贷和车贷”的危机。在民企的发展空间比较大，缺点就是不稳定，小公司制度不完善，管理混乱。
外企的工作曾经备受名校毕业生追捧，但是随着民企的崛起，外企的薪酬逐渐失去竞争力。不过外企还是有很多优点，例如：综合福利好，假期也比较多；上下级关系比较平等，也有利于开阔视野和眼界。
除了当“打工人”，也有越来越多的人选择创业当老板、做自媒体博主，或者其他自由职业。每种工作都各有利弊，找到适合自己的才是最好的。

I read a book called Breathing in Colour, written by British author Clare Jay. In this book, a woman named Alida travels to India to find her missing daughter, Mia. The book also mentions synesthesia and lucid dreaming. I also talk about my experience with synesthesia.

Vocabulary:
synesthesia: when the senses are blended together
in my mind's eye: in my thoughts
lucid dreaming: when you realize it's a dream while you're dreaming
amnesia: when a person loses their memory
to get off on the wrong foot: to dislike each other at first

Jag talar om viktförändring och mina tips kring viktnedgång och att få ett hälsosamt liv! Jag är ingen expert, men har blivit väldigt intresserad av att förändras och inspirerad av muskler och att förändra kroppskomposition, har lyssnat på mycket fitness-poddar och lärt mig mycket de senaste 3 månader. Jag vet inte riktigt vad mitt mål är än men vi får se i del två : )
