自動詞と他動詞には少しルールがあります。

【ルールのある自動詞と他動詞】
1つ目　aru→eru
①	授業が始まる。授業を始める。
②	ドアが閉まる。ドアを閉める。
③	電車が止まる。車を止める。
④	さいふが見つかる。さいふを見つける。
⑤	色が変わる。色を変える。

2つ目　reru→su
①	本だなが壊（こわ）れる。本だなを壊（こわ）す。
②	建物（たてもの）が倒れる。建物を倒す。
③	鞄（かばん）が汚（よが）れる。かばんを汚す。

3つ目　ru→su
①	家に帰る。子供を家に帰す。
②	病気が治る。病気を治す。
③	ご飯が残る。ご飯を残す。

4つ目　eru→su
①	電気が消える。電気を消す。
②	犯人（はんにん）が逃げる。犯人を逃がす。

5つ目　ku→asu

To counteract the negative effects of micromanagement, organizations should prioritize leadership development, empower employees, and establish clear performance expectations.

Effective leaders focus on creating a supportive and empowering environment where employees can thrive and contribute to the organization's goals.
