4.~겠: intention, will, assumption or polite phrase
          verb stem + 겠다 
5.~네: to express surprise to the information that
          is newly known from seeing or hearing now.
          verb stem + 네요  
6.~는: change the verb into adjective to describe noun (current action)

During my HOMESTAY in America, the family I stayed with had a PROPOSED RULE to never PILE UP dirty laundry in the CORRIDOR before BRUNCH.

My daughter’s friend from Japan is on HOMESTAY with us and they both ate a PILE of pancakes each for BRUNCH while walking through the CORRIDOR back to my daughter’s room.
