Your detailed timeline is mapped out. You’ve set expectations with leaders and team members. You’re prepared to keep all the deliverables organized.

Halfway through the project, a team comes to you with a suggestion—they think they’ve found a better way to handle a piece of the process.

授業（じゅぎょう）のときに、「リーピートしてください」とみなさんに言います。
これは、「わたしの言ったとおりに、言ってしてください」ということです。
では、「わたしが言ったとおりに、言ってください」「「赤パジャマ、青パジャマ、黄パジャマ、茶パジャマ」「老若男女（ろうにゃくなんにょ）」。言えましたか。
「私が言ったとおりに」とは、私が言うことと同じことを言うことですね。

みなさんは、料理（りょうり）をしますか。レシピのとおりに作りますか。わたしは、ごはんを作るとき、レシピを見ます。がんばって、レシピのとおりに作ります。

みなさんは、授業のあとで復習（ふくしゅう）をしますか。授業のあとで、必ず復習してください。
そして、復習してから、宿題をしてください。がんばってくださいね。「のあとで」と「～てから」の使い方（かた）の違（ちが）い、わかりますか。
「のあとで」は、たとえば、「走ったあとで、シャワーを浴（あ）びます」「食事のあとで、薬（くすり）を飲みます」と時間の前後関係（ぜんごかんけい）です。
では、「てから」はどうですか。「必（かなら）ず復習してから、宿題をしてください」。宿題をします。そのとき、復習が大切（たいせつ）です。復習が必要です。なので、「宿題をする」には、必ず「復習が必要（ひつよう）」です。このときは「てから」を使います。

では、次の二つの文を聞（き）いて考（かんが）えてください。
a）「インターネットで調（しら）べてから、車（くるま）を買（か）います」
b）「インターネットで調べたあとで、車を買います」？

「インターネットで調べたあとで、車を買います」は少（すこ）しおかしいです。
どうしてかわかりますか。考えてみてください。

みなさんは、目がいいですか。近くのものがよく見えますか。わたしは、最近（さいきん）近（ちか）くのものがよく見えません。
めがねをかけて、本（ほん）を読（よ）みます。
みなさんは、めがねをかけて、本を読みますか。それとも、めがねをかけないで、本を読みますか。

みなさんは、友（とも）だちと話すときは、いすに座（すわ）って話しますか。それともいすに座りながら話しますか。
えっ、「座りながら」話す？？少しおかしいですね。座りながらというのは、座るという動作（どうさ）をしながらということですから、少し変（へん）な状態（じょうたい）ですね。
わかりますか。

でも、コーヒーを飲みながら、おしゃべりはしますね。いすに座って、コーヒーを飲みながら、おしゃべりします。
