سلام خوبین؟ امیدوارم که حالتون خوب باشه. من امروز اومدم با یه اصطلاح باحال در زبان فارسی "پیچوندن".  معنی تحت‌الفظی این کلمه میشه "to twist"
 ولی خب ما به صورت اصطلاح هم خیلی ازش استفاده می‌کنیم. "پیچوندن" اصطلاحا یعنی کسی رو دور زدن یعنی وقتی با یه بهانه‌ یا دروغ یه کار دیگه می‌کنید. مثلا  "دیروز دوستم من رو تولدش دعوت کرد اما من پیچوندمش" یعنی اینکه دوست شما، شما رو  تولدش دعوت می‌کنه ولی خب شما به هر دلیلی شاید از اون خوشتون نمیاد یا هر چیز دیگه دعوت رو  رد می‌کنید مثلا میگین "عزیزم ببخشید ولی من فردا وقت دکتر دارم" یا "ببخشید فردا خونه‌ی مامان بزرگم دعوتم" یعنی شما با اون بهانه دارین... آره... دوستتونرو  رد می‌کنید، دعوتش رو  رد می‌کنید.
 یا مثلا بعضی وقتا ما میگیم "واقعا فکر کردی می‌تونی من رو بپیچونی؟" اگه بخوام به انگلیسی ترجمه کنم میشه"Do you really think you can ditch me?"
  پس پیچوندن یه همچین معنی ای داره! در کل که کار خوبی نیست ولی خب من این اصطلاح رو به شما یاد دادم امیدوارم که از پادکست امروز خوشتون اومده باشه و تا پادکست بعدی خدانگهدار

今天想和大家聊一聊【中秋节】的话题。上个星期六是中国的传统节日中秋节，放三天假。中秋节是我最喜欢的节日之一，因为它是和家人团圆的节日。那么中秋节是怎么来的呢？
农历八月十五在秋季的正中，中秋节因此得名。又因这晚月亮很圆，人们由天上的圆月联想到人生的团圆，因此阖家团圆也成为中秋节的核心意义。中秋节的来历说法很多，通常被认为和嫦娥奔月的故事有关。传说王母娘娘为奖赏后羿射日的功绩，赐予他一粒不老神丹。后羿不舍与妻子分离，因而没有吃。这件事被歹人所知，歹人趁后羿不在家中，逼迫嫦娥交出丹药，嫦娥当机立断，一口吞下不老神丹，随后不由自主地飘离地面，飞上月宫成了仙。后羿从此在八月十五的月下设案，怀念嫦娥。由于“男不拜月，女不祭灶”的习俗，这一天拜月的仪式通常只有女性和孩子参与。中秋节有着很多习俗，形式也各不相同，但都寄托着人们对生活无限的热爱和对美好生活的向往。总的来说是传承历史，传递亲情，希望亲人生活都团团圆圆。
中秋节有什么习俗呢？中秋节的十大习俗，你知道哪些？一、中秋赏月。赏月活动源于魏晋，到了宋代更是不明之夜，也是通宵达旦，玩月游人。二、吃月饼。唐僖宗在中秋节吃月饼觉得味道甚好，是关于月饼最早的记录。现如今月饼的品种层出不穷。三、祭月。在古代有秋暮夕月的习俗。四、燃灯。中秋将燃起的夜灯悬挂于屋檐下。五、观潮。在古代，浙江一带观潮也是中秋盛事。六、玩兔儿爷。现在很少见到，基本作为民俗文物在民俗博物馆展出。七、走月。中秋月夜，人们衣着华美，三五结伴，进行赏月活动。八、玩花灯。早在宋代将“一点红”灯放入江中，漂流玩耍。九、吃鸭、螺和芋头。十、饮桂花酒。中秋时节桂花芬芳，饮桂花酿，现在大多红酒代替。

I'm less concerned with the intricacies of a past participle, and more focused on crafting compelling presentations, navigating cross-cultural communication nuances, and delivering impactful emails. I analyze your audience, your goals, and tailor your communication accordingly.

Think boardroom, not classroom. Negotiation, not narration.

In short, one builds the linguistic toolset; the other teaches you to wield those tools effectively in the global business arena. Both are valuable, but for the ambitious professional, strategic communication is the key differentiator. Choose the professional that aligns with your desired outcomes. My method actually combines both. I also add in a career development element as well. I am a language professor, an executive business coach, and a career counselor.
