Buongiorno.
Sono Simona Gentili e questo è il mio podcast “semi-professionale” per chiunque abbia voglia di ascoltare cinque minuti di interviste e parole al vento…. O libere come il vento.
Quello che state ascoltando è il mio ultimo podcast per il 2024 (duemilaventiquattro).
Ho iniziato per gioco. 
Ho continuato per divertimento e per dare sfogo alla mia creatività.
Concludo l’anno con piacere.
Il piacere di avervi incontrato, per lo più virtualmente, ma qualche volta anche di persona. Anche solo una volta.
E il piacere di fare quello che mi piace e di farlo come mi piace.
Non vi chiederò e non vi dirò qual è il bilancio dell’anno che è passato.
Ma vi dirò che la parola del 2024, secondo me, è “DISQUISIRE”.
Non sentite il suono dolce di questa parola? Solo sentendola pronunciare, non vi sentite già meglio? Quale sarà il suo significato?

The working world has changed since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, with new challenges for many employees and managers.

This year the focus of World Mental Health Day on October 10 is mental health in the workplace.

In the US, an estimated 1 million workers miss work every day because of job stress. And it's a similar situation in many countries around the world.

But there are lots of things we can do to help look after our mental health — and the mental health of our colleagues — when we're at work.

Experts from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health have shared a few ideas, including simple things like saying "thank you" to others.

They also suggest practicing good "email etiquette." This means making your emails clear with an "accurate subject line," "concise summary" of what you're asking and a "clear timeline."

The mental health charity Mind says people should make sure they find time to take breaks. Many workers can take lunch breaks and perhaps other small breaks during the day and even a short time away from the desk can help you to feel a little better.

According to Harvard Business Review, managers need to understand that "work is about people, and people are messy and difficult."

This means understanding that employees all have their own challenges.

The first thing that managers can do, says psychologist Emily Anhalt, is show that they care about mental health in the workplace.

Making a difference to employees' mental health is not "a quick and easy thing," she said. It's a long journey — that might start on October 10, but it will need to last for years.

Alimentos y estrategias que favorecen la memorización

はい、こんにちは洋平先生です。えー、今日は文の終わりにつける”ね” のお話をしたいと思います。
ちょっとこれは私の考え、私の意見も入っています。おそらく正しいと思うんですが、私の意見です。
 
時々生徒からこんなメールが来ます
「明日、ちょっとレッスンの時間変えてくださいね」 
 
生徒は”ね”をつけて、やさしく言おうとしているんだと思うんですよ。でも、ちょっと私はいつもびっくりするんですね。
”ね” は、3種類か4種類ぐらいあるんですね。
 
①
”ね” の1つ目の意味ですけども、自分の気持ちですね。emotionや、感想(かんそう）を相手に伝える時に使います。例えば、
・「いい景色ですね」
・「ここ汚いですね」
 
②
はい、で2つ目は”確認(かくにん）”ですね。えー、
・「明日一緒に来るんですね」
・「これ食べたいんですね」
 ”誰” ”どこ”　”どうやって” というような疑問詞（ぎもんし）、interrogative phraseを使わない疑問文
ですね。question sentenceの時に”ね を使います。 
 
③
もう1つを紹介(しょうかい）すると、これは1つ目と似ているんですけど、自分の考えを言うとき、
・「それはあまり良くないですね」
・「私はちょっとちがうと思うんですね」
 
はい、この”ね” なんですけど、も、えー、”ね” だけではなくて、”よ” とか、”な”ですよね、をつけるとやさしくなると習ったと思うんですね。 
えー、まあ、そうですね、この”ね” をつけると、うん、やさしくなります。特に３つめの自分の考え、特に相手に強い考えをいう時、やさしくなります。
 
けども、何かお願いする時、 『なになにしてください”ね”。』 
これも確かに優しくなるんですけど、ちょっとこれ、私の意見も入っていますが、確認（かくにん）の意味になると思おうんですね、『～～してくださいね』。え、ですから。初めて何かをたのむ時、その人に何か初めて言う時 に”ね” をつけるとんちょっとあまりやさしくならないんですね。うん、例えば
・『すみません、消しゴム貸してくださいね』
 
というと、えー言われた方は、 えー、ちょっとあまりいい気持ちにならないんですね。で、例えば、誰かが来ます。あなたは車に乗っていますよ。誰かが来ますよ。その人がこう言います。
「すみません、2時までに車を移動（いどう）してくださいね」
 
そう言われると、私は「え、 そんなこと聞いていませんけど」と言ってしまうんですね。
うん、確認の”ね”　なんですね、やっぱりこれは”ね” がない方がいいと思います。 
A：「すみません、2時までに車を移動してください」
B：「あ、はい、2時に何かあるんですか」 
 
というような会話があーできます。で、えー、”ね”をつける場合は、例えば
A：「昨日もお伝えしましたが、2時までに移動してくださいね」
B：「はい、わかりました」
 
これだと自然ですね。うん。で、えー、他にもですね、例えば「～～してくださいね」でも、例えばあなたの家にお客さんが来ました。そのお客さんに、
A：「今日は家でのんびりしてくださいね」
B：「あ、ありがとうございます」
 
これはやさしいんですね、うん、何か頼（たの）んでいるわけじゃないんで、やさしいです。 
あと、例えば恋人とデートしました。で、デートが終わりました。彼女が僕にいます。
・「帰ったらメールしてね」
 
 はい、えー、これもオッケー（やさしい）なんですね、これはあの、恋人はいつもバイバイ、お別れしたらメールをします。うん、これはもう男の人も分かってます。女の人も分かってますから、やさしいんですね。
 
どうでしょうわかちょっとわかりましたか？
はい、うん、ちょっとみなさんもその辺（へん）を気を付けていただけたら、うれしいです。はい、じゃあ、今日も聞いてくれてありがとうございます。じゃあ、日本語の勉強がんばって！バイバイ👋
