大家好，我是Yuli。欢迎收听我的播客。
今天想和大家聊一聊【线上健身热潮】的话题。
你知道最近中国最火的一个人是谁吗？他叫刘畊宏。他以前是一名歌手、演员。但是这一次这么多人知道他，是因为他在Tik-tok抖音的健身直播吸引了很多人。他有多火？他是2月开始直播的，截止到4月26号，关注他的粉丝已经超过五千万人。他的直播时间是每周二、三、四和周日晚上7点半到9点，以及周六早上9点到10点半。每天的直播有三百多万人加入直播间，和他一起跳健身操。
和他一起跳操的大部分是女孩子，也有一些男孩子。大家开始把自己叫做刘畊宏女孩和刘畊宏男孩，把刘畊宏叫做刘教练。每天的新闻大家都可以看到刘畊宏女孩这五个字。很多人开始在网上发自己跳操的视频，刘教练还会亲自去批改作业，看大家跳得对不对。也有人在网上发了自己健身前后的变化，很多人都变瘦变健康了。
我是从上上个星期开始成为刘畊宏女孩的，到了今天我已经跳了十几次，每次都是90分钟。有时候我没有时间跟直播，我会在网上找到录播的视频一起跳。其实一开始是我朋友告诉我的，但是我一直没有加入。有一天我觉得自己每天吃很多东西但是不运动，真的很不健康。于是我下载了抖音，关注刘畊宏，开始了刘畊宏女孩之旅。开始健身后，我的生活发生了很多变化。
首先，我的身体更好了。以前运动得太少，经常觉得脖子痛、腰痛。现在不仅身体更强壮，吃得也更健康。其次，跳操让我觉得很开心。每次90分钟都过得很快，一点也不觉得痛苦。因为在运动的过程中，刘教练会一直鼓励大家，还会和大家分享他和老婆的甜蜜故事。最重要的是，健身成为了我的生活习惯，每天我会充满期待。

Which train are we taking?

Emma:
The downtown A train.

Tiam:
Good thing you're with me.

Emma:
(Laughs) You'll be fine.

(They arrive at the platform.)

Tiam:
Excuse me... is this the right platform?

Emma:
Yep! Now we just have to wait.

Tiam:
The trains come really often.

Emma:
That's one of the best things about New York.

Tiam:
Back home, I usually drove everywhere.

Emma:
Now you're a real New Yorker.

Tiam:
Not yet! I still stop to look at the subway map every time.

Emma:
That's okay. Even New Yorkers check the map sometimes.

(The train arrives.)

Here it comes!

This is actually easier than I expected.
