In today’s episode, I explore how the heart chakra—Anahata—guides us in language learning and healing. The heart chakra, glowing green and resonating with the sound YAM, supports compassion, balance, and authentic expression. Science shows that activating the vagus nerve lowers stress, regulates heart rate, and improves memory recall. When we engage with vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, speaking, and listening, we not only strengthen our fluency but also nurture our heart. Vocabulary connects to emotional memory, grammar creates balance, reading calms through breath, writing heals stress, speaking vibrates through the chest, and listening fosters compassion. Different languages such as Malay, English, Chinese, French, Dutch, and Italian resonate with the heart chakra in unique ways, from soothing rhythm to expressive melody. By studying through the heart, we don’t just learn words—we cultivate love, resilience, and healing in both body and soul.

将来、日本で家が買えるように、貯金しています。

私は、電気自動車が欲しいです。
電気自動車が買えるように、貯金しています。

電気自動車が買えるように、貯金しています。
「ように」は、将来「こうなってほしい」こと、目標（もくひょう）、期待（きたい）、希望（きぼう）を言うことができます。接続できる動詞は、可能形、無意志動詞、三人称（the third person）が主語になる動詞と接続することができます。少し難しい説明ですね。
日本が話せるように、毎日勉強します。「話せる」は可能動詞です。
無意志動詞（non-volitional verb）って何ですか。たとえば、毎日ファーストフードは体によくないです。「病気にならないように、毎日きちんと食べています」。「病気になる」のに、自分の意志（will）はありませんね。
これはどうですか。「早く風邪が治るように、家で休んでいます」。これも意志がありません。
メガネがありません。字が見えません。「字を見るように、メガネをかけます」。これはどうですか。「私が字を見る」という私の意志がありますね。「字が見えるように、メガネをかけます」
では、これはどうでしょうか。「子どもが野菜を食べるように、工夫している」これは、大丈夫です。主語は子供です。私ではありません。主語の子供は三人称（the third person）です。
わかりますか。
では、これはどうですか。「試験でいい成績を残すように、がんばります」少しおかしいですね。試験で成績を残すのは、私です。私が成績を残すんです。だから、「試験でいい成績が残せるように、がんばります」と可能形にします。
「みんなの日本語」42課に「のために」が出てきます。「ように」と「ために」を比べてみてくださいね。
例文を何度も言ってみてください。
日本語を話せるように、毎日勉強します。
家が買えるように、貯金しています。

こんにちは。今日は8月12日月曜日です。「5分でわかる日本語」Podcastへようこそ。私は日本語の先生、みわです。今日は、「学ぶ（まなぶ）」と「習う（ならう）」の違いについてお話しします。

まず、「学ぶ」について説明します。「学ぶ」は、自分から進んで知識や技術を得ることを意味します。例えば、「この本から多くのことを学びます。」という文を作ることができます。この「学ぶ」という言葉は、幅広い意味を持ちます。例えば、経験から学ぶことも含まれます。「学ぶ」は、昔の言葉「まねぶ」から来ており、これは「真似をする」という意味があります。

次に、「習う」についてです。「習う」は、誰かから教えてもらうことを意味します。例えば、「ピアノを習う。」という文を作ることができます。「習う」とは、「慣れる」という意味があります。先生やコーチから教えてもらう時に使います。

ここで、少し考えてみましょう。「ピアノを学ぶ」と「ピアノを習う」。どちらも日本語としては正しいです。でも、どう違うのでしょうか？

「ピアノを学ぶ」という文は、自分から進んでピアノを勉強することに注目しています。たとえば、本やYouTubeを見ながら、Podcastを聞きながら、自分で勉強することを指します。

一方、「ピアノを習う」という文は、誰かから教えてもらうという意味です。たとえば、ピアノの先生から教わったり、お母さんに教わったりすることを指します。

それではみなさん、今日のこのPodcastの題名『🌸44:「学ぶ」と「習う」の違いを学ぼう！」の「学ぼう」の使い方はもうわかりましたね。みなさんは、自分から進んでこのPodcastを聞いて勉強をしているので、「学ぼう！」になります。「習おう！」ではありません。

初めに説明した通り、「学ぶ」は「真似をする」という意味から来ています。このPodcastをたくさん聞いて、私の真似をたくさんしてください。そして、たくさん学んでください。毎日続けていけば、必ず上手になります。頑張ってください！

ここで、皆さんに問題です。「習う」の使い方として正しい文はどれですか？
	1.	この本から多くのことを習いました
	2.	空手を習う
	3.	経験から習う

正解は「2. 空手を習う」です。
