Any other introverts have an appointment at 4 PM and somehow feel like you can't do anything else all day because you have to mentally prepare for the fact that you have an appointment at 4 PM?

This is a common ADHD trait also. We have time blindness and fear that time will get away from us, causing us to miss our appointment.
