The verbs ending in an ,,s,, take ,,es,, Verbs ending in an ,,s,, take ,,es,, Which one is correct? I guess , the first as it means smth specific. But I was reading a book a while back in which I saw the second one. A huge thank you in advance

Verbs ending in (an) 's' is correct. 'Verbs ending in 's'" is the entire noun phrase. It means all verbs ending in 's'. Also, 'an' is unnecessary.
