Unfortunately this week any good thing has not occurred for me. My cousin has a daughter and she is going to be 2 years after a month.I have heard she has cancer and now she is in the hospital. Doctors can not operate her because the tumour is malignant and has developed in her brain and it will cause her death , it is really terrible.

Unfortunately this week nothing good has happened to me (note 1). My cousin has a

Note 1: “occurred for me” in English means something is happening FOR YOU, like you expect the world to do things for you, which is not what you mean. We instead say “happened to me”
I’m so sorry that you and your family are going through these difficult moments. I wish you strength.
