Put forward some questions. Raise a question/query makes sense.

I would agree, “put forward questions” and “raise questions” is correct.

"Raise up questions" is wrong. We don't use the preposition "up" there. We just say "raise questions." E.g. There will be an opportunity to raise questions at the end. "Put forward questions" is fine.
