Could someone help me about the meaning of below sentence? I will bring food or games. Are there three possibilities according to this sentence? I will bring food not games. I will bring games not food. I will bring food and games. (I am not sure about this one.) Thank you very much!

Yes, all three possibilities you listed are correct! To me, it seems like this sentence implies that the person hasn't decided on what they'll be bringing, so the person used "or" to allow themselves a little freedom to choose.

my first thought in reading this is : You aren't bringing both - it's either games or food.
