This morning, we are going to the countryside to have vacation with my parents-in-law, my siblings-in-law and their mates as well as their children. (How can I write in 1 word for all?)I love the serene countryside landscape and pure clean atmosphere. I am also into the food my mother-in-law cooks. The beach is not as beautiful as others but we really enjoy going there. I hope I can be able to find time to learn some English in the lure of countryside.

This morning, we are on our way to the countryside for a vacation with the family of my husband. It's a big clan: his parents, siblings, and their little ones as well. I love the serenity of the countryside and the pristine air there. I am also fond of my mother-in-law's cooking. The beach might not be as beautiful as others but we really enjoy it. I hope I'll find time to learn some English within this tranquility.
" 'into' the food" is colloquial
"lure" does not make sense in this context

I am also very fond of the food my mother-in-law cooks. The beach to which we plan to go is not as beautiful as the others but we really enjoy going there. I hope I can be able to find time to learn some English despite the lure of the countryside.

This morning, we are going to the countryside to have a vacation with my in-laws extended family. I love the serene countryside and pure clean atmosphere. I am also into the food my mother-in-law cooks. The beach is not as beautiful as others but we really enjoy going there. I hope I will be able to find time to learn some English despite the lure of countryside.
COUNTRYSIDE is a noun very similar to LANDSCAPE, so you don't need both. I added DESPITE, because LURE implies that the countryside will keep you from studying. Nice job.
