My favourite food is tacos. Tacos are sold at the traditional tacos stands and restaurants, where they buy pre-made tortillas, and just take charge of preparing, seasoning, and cooking the meat before finally chopping it up and putting it inside the tortilla. You can also add some chopped coriander and chopped onion, and one of the key toppings: sauce, whose flavour and seasoning depends very much on the location. The main aspects that make a stand or restaurant better, more demanded and therefore more successful, is the meat quality and seasoning, and of course, sauce.
