아직 and 아직도 are the same thing but
when you use 아직도, it is emphasizing the meaning of 아직
so it is used when you want to express emotions more.
for example,
아직 못 먹었어요?
you haven’t eaten yet?
아직도 못 먹었어요?
what???? you have’t eaten yet???????
