The first and third make sense and they mean the same. The placement of "suddenly" in the sentence is not optimal. Did he run away suddenly, or does it suddenly not make sense? If the first, you can say "Jimmy suddenly ran away". If the second, then say "Suddenly, that Jimmy ran away...".
