Well I am currently reading “The 7 habits of highly effective people” and I’ve just got a problem is that I don’t understand the grammar structure in this sentence: “Search your own heart with all diligence for out of it flow the issues of life” What does the phrase “for out of it” mean and why did the writer follow this phrase by “flow”, why isn’t “flows” ?

"For" here can be read as "because". You should search your heart *because* out of it flow the issues of life It is "flow" rather than "flows" because the subject is the "issues of life". E.g. the issues of life *flow* out of your heart
