It is clear that donated food is the main income sources of this charity organization whereas they spend most of their money on different program services. Furthermore, the children’s charity can save amount of money since its total revenue is higher than its total spending within the year. The sum of the revenue of the charity organization is 53,561,580, while its total spending is 53,224,896, as a result, the children’s charity earned 336,684 in one year. Looking closely at the income sources, donated food accounts for a massive 86.6% of total revenue, which is eight times as much as the contributions from the community (10.4%). These two categories are accounted for 97% of the charity’s total income. Finally, a mere of 3% income of the charity comes from program revenue, investment, government grants and other. With regard to expenditures of the charity organization, program services account for a vest majority of its spending, at 95.8%. By contrast, the proportions of the total payout in fundraising and management and general are relatively low, at 2.6% and 1.6% respectively.
