I don’t think I really have a bedtime routine in particular, but just for some time.
I usually read a book which obviously not about academic one but mostly is about something relaxing or something I’d like to read at that time. Furthermore, for sometimes I read and have a cup of warm milk or hot chocolate.
I also sometimes thinking about the plans or things to do for tomorrow and end up with listening to relaxing piano song or maybe white noise which help me sleep tighter. 🌠
