I think it is supposed to be a funny example - Singapore plus “freaking” (general mild expletive) indicated. Honestly, it’s so unnatural though. The others I have heard - but it sounds like very informal Australian slang to me (I’m Australian)

the words under the Singapore example are from the Kamkhmu language, which is spoken in Laos.
Do not pay too much attention to them
