I think you might be giving up too early. I also think it would be helpful for you to post this as a request for help and advice on the teachers' forum, where you would have a better chance of receiving useful feedback.
Here is what I think: you have only been registered for 17 days, so I think you can give this more time.
To have a better chance of attracting students you should look at your profile, and see what you could modify to make it more attractive.
- As a community tutor, your prices are way above the average, in my opinion. In particular most Vietnamese teachers are charging five to seven dollars for a trial lesson, which seems sensible, especially if you are just starting out. Most teachers start out low, then increase prices gradually as they gain credibility on the platform by accumulating lessons and students.
- Your two lesson types seem to focus on pronunciation and accent, which could be considered a rather 'niche' market. Perhaps you could add 'Conversation', which is generally the most popular type of lesson requested on iTalki.
It might be wise in your video to mention something about what you plan to do in your class and how you plan to help your future students. The only information we really get is that you like talking about I.T., but what if a student is not interested in I.T. and just wants basic conversation while on holiday in Vietnam?
You could also say a little bit more about yourself/ your interests/ what do you have done up to now (educationally/ professionally/ etc.) so that we can get an idea of who you are. Maybe you could reduce the amount of time you speak in Vietnamese in this video.
There is a lot of useful information on the teachers' support areas and forums, about how to boost your profile and present yourself in the most positive light. Have a look - and good luck! 🙂
