For me, playing games, running, eating and debating with myself are good way to reduce stress.
E-games and delicacies can transfer my attention to things I love. Running makes me feel that I can care nothing instead of worrying annoying things, even though things do is very very bad.
Debating with myself is a nice way for me to decide sth which is indecisive so that I can receive a clear goal from debates. With direct goal, I will overcome numerous and various stress and difficulties.
