Is this sentence OK?
Someone has been sick for a while.
If I say;
"" I have worried about he dying. ""

In addition to Glenn's suggestions,
"I have been worrying he might die"
It is also fine to use the present perfect:
"I have worried he might die".
That has a slightly different meaning. It means "the thought has occurred to me that he might die".
