It is correct but not as natural. For example, you could say "Ich heiße Lana Teng" instead :)

Women don't say there age. "Ledig" is only for administrational use, otherwise it's "single" in German as well. Usualy you say Vorname and Nachname together like "Lara Teng".

Mein Vorname ist Lana. Mein Nachname ist Teng. Mein Geburtsdatum ist 01.01.1999. Mein Geburtsort ist Beiliu. Ich bin ledig. Ich heiße Lana, mein Nachname (oder Familienname) ist Teng. Ich bin 22 Jahre alt und bin in Beiliu geboren. Ich bin ledig.(Wenn man 22 ist, wuerde man vielleicht eher sagen: Ich habe keinen Freund.)
