I want to use my laptop but the tutor could not see my video. Is there any way to turn this on and check it?

What platform are you using ? Check with Italian app, or zoom or teams, may be it could be a camera issues in your laptop

You may be able to go into an old lesson page, scroll to the bottom and look for the iTalki classroom button that says "Enter Classroom." You should be able to test your equipment there. Good luck!
