RUSSIAN TEACHER KATE
辅导教师Hello everyone
I have a question about a phrasal verb:
Head out
I know it can be used like this:
I head out at 8 am
But maybe there are other ways to use it?
Thank you in advance!

He's headed out over the moors to find some lost sheep.
She heads out in that direction every morning. No-one knows why.
Head out as far as you can go. Stop when the water gets too deep.
They're heading this way. Run!
