Infuriating is a stronger word. I guess to be infuriated is to be really, really frustrated!

They both can be used to describe someone or something that you find frustrating or irritating, but "drive (someone) crazy" can also have a more positive meaning that describes physical attraction: The way she dances drives me crazy.
