What does "those of" mean? Is it different from "those"? How is it used?

I think we can understand it better with some examples:
I like speaking to *those of* different languages.
I don’t like *those* movies.
Let’s remember that “those” is used for plurals so that’s why we say “movies” and “languages.” It’s also used to refer to an object that’s far from the speaker. With this in mind, do you think they have the same meaning??

It means the same!! The "of" is used when you are referring to something after the "those" like in:
"This is for those of you who wants to stay here"
