Hello Everyone 👋 I need help! Any form of assistance and clarity would help. I got several trial lesson request but most of the students didn't show up for class. I didn't enter the classroom but I messaged each student to see if there were online. If they responded I let them know I am entering class and the lesson goes on. With regards to this Italki decided to freeze my teachers wallet stating that I didn't enter the Italki classroom for these trial lessons. They further stated I should provide proof that I did communicate with the students. I took screenshots of me greeting all the students with no reply from them, the ones that did reply I would suggest that we use a different platform like zoom or Google hangouts as Italki does not function properly on my network. So will Italki solve this problem? I am seriously worried because I rely on teaching as a form of income. In addition what are the working hours of the Italki assistants? Do they work on Weekends?
