Tomorrow, I'm going to visit my parents. I live alone now, so I am looking forward to tomorrow! But I am concerned about the crowds. The stations are always very crowded at weekends.

Tomorrow, I'm going to meet/visit my parents. I'm currently living alone , so I'm looking forward to tomorrow! But I'm concern about the crowd because the train station is always crowded in the week-end.

Tomorrow, I'm going to meet/see my parents. I am living alone now, so I am looking forward to tomorrow! But I am concerned about the crowds as the station is always very crowded at weekends. You need to work on your continuous tenses. They need the verb TO BE. You are going, you are looking etc.
