I am not a specialist in investment strategies. I have only superficial knowledge about that. However, I think that the best strategy is to divide your investments into three or more parts and invest them into different profiting areas, such as buying real estate, securities, investing into start-ups and so on. I suppose that equal dividing of your investments will help to avoid risks if one or another deal won’t work properly.
