So confused about my package. I have started a new one without completing the last one, How do I contact support ? Thanks!

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm under the impression packages expire worthless if you don't use them fast enough. That's why I don't use them.

You can check support on this page. There is as well a speech bubble on the right side at the bottom and you can contact them there.
