"mam I didn't get the certificate yet" Or "Maam I don't get the certificate yet" Which one is correct? And when do we use didn't and don't??

The second sentence is wrong Did not - use it when you haven’t receivers something. When you are responsible for swim thing situations like that Do not - use this when you do not want someone to do something when you want them to stop And you can use maam or mam either works. I type it as ma’am so just take you pick
