The concept is very simle!

"Must" is used when there's an obligation:
Ex. You have to follow the rules = DEBES seguir las reglas 

"Should" is used when something isn't mandatory, but rather recommended
Ex. You should practice your English every day = DEBERÍAS practicar tu inglés diario 

"Could" is used to express something that it's possible for you to do, if you wanted to
Ex. You could be more patient with me =
PODRÍAS ser más paciente conmigo
