One of my favorite foods is Biriyani. I live in southern part of India and we generally like spicy foods. Without spices we won't cook our meal and also we believe that spices have some form of medicinal values. In Biriyani we add all sort of spices along with onion and tomatoes to elevate the flavor. Ginger and garlic paste promotes digestion and as well as we love the smell of the paste. Futhermore, we add coriander leaves and mint leaves which enrich the taste of our food. The final outcome of the dish would be scrumptious and also will be tempting and inviting. At the same time, we also love north indian recipes and some Italian dishes like pasta, which is becoming popular nowadays. Instead of sticking onto one cuisine, we can try out many variety of dishes and recipes which builds our taste buds.
