Does anybody can explain " the whole nine" and "the whole ten"? Pls , I have to know this two meanings.It's so important for me.

I have never heard of "the whole ten".
The whole nine is, I assume, a reference to "the whole nine yards" which means all of it or to go all the way.
It's not used in British English that much. It's more for an American term.
