I think that teenagers who commit major crimes should get the same punishment like adults. Teenagers should be developed that far to know what they do. Teeneagers know that for example robbing a bank or killing someone is not allowed. If it is punished not that hard for teenagers they could think: "Oh if I am robbing a bank I just get ...". The second argument is that teenagers can get protected from commiting crimes for adults who offer them money or something else. When the adult knows the teenager will get the same punishment one knows the teenager won't do it. That's the point in my eyes.
