When i was new to my work i was very shy and kind of introvert.Gradually as the time passed I started learning how to lead a team in a corporate world.And now whenever my manager assign for leading a team i always make her proud.And she even appreciated many time for my leadership quality. Therefore not only leadership,many other skills can be acquired by experiences.

Whenever you use the word “I” it should always be capitalized.
Instead of using a period you’ll want to say “leadership might be an innate skill, but it can also”
“When I was new to my job I was very shy and kind of an introvert”
As time progressed I started to learn how to lead a time in the corporate setting and my manager now has the confidence that I’ll do a great job.
She appreciates me for all of the leadership qualities I’ve developed. Which proves that leadership and many skills can be developed through experiences.
