The comma is optional in the beginning, if you want emphasis on the time you made / wrote your presentation you can keep it in but it sounds more natural without the pause/ without the comma. You could say 'I'll present this tomorrow' or instead of 'present', you could use the verbs 'do', 'perform', 'act out' and others to replace that. As you've already made/ written your presentation, you wouldn't say you're writing it tomorrow. I hope that makes sense!
