Can I use these interchangeably? (for someone who used to be handsome and rich) If I say; You are no longer both. Now you are neither. Neither of which you are any longer.

They are not interchangeable. You are no longer both = They are one of them. They are rich OR they are handsome. They are not rich AND handsome. Now you are neither = They are not rich AND they are not handsome. The third one has the same meaning as the second but it's far more formal.
