This is a delicate situation which should be handled carefully. Many people are of the belief that we shouldn’t put our parents into nursing homes. However, we shouldn’t share our ideas openly, because we may hurt them. Firstly, I am sure that all people love their mother and father very much. Therefore nobody truly wants to leave their parents at nursing homes. Truth of the matter is that many people are working hard to overcome their economic problems, with some having two jobs to support their family. In this case, they don’t have enough time to look after their parents. For that reason, they may choose leave their parents at a nursing home to give them a good quality of care. Secondly, many people may choose to send their parents to a nursing home not only due to economic conditions, but so as to make them more comfortable there. Many people choose it. because these kinds of nursing houses and recreational properties are so helpful to elderly people who can’t handle daily activities by themselves. In these community or private homes, there are many renowned doctors or physicians on hand to support elderly people. Lastly, if I had a good enough economic situation to look after my mother and father, I wouldn’t put them into a nursing home, but it is a crucial condition which shouldn’t be decided without being thought over carefully. Moreover, we shouldn’t look down on people who put their parents in nursing homes.
