I think that’s a brilliant idea to increase the cost of fuel to protect our environment. On one side, higher price of fuel will drive the car producer to improve the efficiency of the engine, therefore it will reduce the emission of greenhouse gas. On the other side, consumers will prefer to choose electric cars, when suspecting that they can not afford the increasing cost of fuel for conventional cars in future.
