Conversationally, I was told it's

और कैसे चल रहा है?

Aur kay-se chal rahaa hai?

"...and how's it going?"

और कया नाय चल रहा है?

Aur kya nai-a chal rahaa hai?
"...and what new is going on?"

Google says...

हैलो, कैसे हो?

Hay-lo, kay-se ho?

"Hello, how are (you)?"

(You wouldn't believe how long it took me to type this)

Hopefully, if this is wrong, someone can correct.

Correction: based on the way I was pseudo-spelling things, it should read "hay" instead of "hai"
