I am sorry, I can not send you warm weather, it is very cold here today. It was also cold yesterday. I like winter. However I wait for spring like crazy this year. Please,spring, come. I miss you:)

I am from Russia. Today in Moscow -4 Celsius. It is snowing. But I now in office therefore I feel hot. 

Hot drinks (coffe,tea..) and sports activity will help to be warmed.

P.S. My first note) Please, correct these sentences.

Do as did two of my friends. One said to the other "there isn't hot water bag to warm my feet  when I sleep in my bed at night." The other friend said the best thing for cold feet is to put a cat when you're  sleeping on the bed, in the place where the feet are. "Now I leave you my cat and verify it". The next day the two friends met. The friend of cold feet was full of scratches on his face. the friend who lent the cat asked him if he had verify it. The friend said, "Look, when I put the funnel in the mouth of cat, it didn't say anything, but when I threw hot water ..."

Cold: .the weather is cold..my feet  are freezing give me some warmth..

It's not that cold [where you are] compared to Europe, and certainly not when compared to Russia, but if you are not used to it, you feel it much more !

Try doubling your socks [putting on two pairs], and using thick woollen ones over thinner socks, to keep your feet warmer.  You can change the thin ones each day, but the thick ones can be worn for longer.
