I am going to say that, best way to improve English is to read, read and read a lot. Also, you can practice some writing. Just don't be afraid to say things in English,Just make mistakes and from mistakes we learn.

We must create  WhatsApp group that aims to improve English,Do you think this is a cool idea?

You are not right the best way to learn english is not only reading there are couple of more things to do while learning english , but yes reading helps you in speaking english  and listening english movies and english radios helps in understanding english , and if you want to make a group don't make group on whatsapp i suggest you its better to make group on skype
