Since you already know English, Spanish will be much easier than Russian, because there are more similar words and roots in English and Spanish. Also you will not spend time learning another alphabet.
If I had to make a choice for you, I'd pick Spanish, but I don't know your interests and goals, so the final decision is yours :)

Put some challenge, lifetime goal and adrenaline to you life, learn Russian! 

I have tried both and since my mother tongue alphabetically is close to arabic  I can almost predict what problems would you have with these Two languages.

IF you start Russian without enough motivation and a strong goal you will quit it soon,because Russian is considered one of the hardest languages in the world.its grammar is like mathematics with lot of rules.

Spanish is much easier and also you can easily find some arab people who speak spanish in northern part of Africa and also in Spain,so by learning spanish you can connect them.
