The adjective is basically the same as in the comparative form. But, for the comparative form, they are followed by the connective "que" (than) and, obviously, compared to something.Also, for the superlative form, we use a definite article (o, a, os, as).

Examples:
I am bigger than you. - Eu sou maior que você.
I am the biggest man on earth. - Eu sou o maior homem da Terra.

You are happier than me. - Você é mais feliz que eu.

Of all the guys here, you are the happiest. - De todos os caras aqui, você é o mais feliz.

You are the best! - Você é o melhor!

Trump is the worst! - Trump é o pior!

Obs: Be aware that, for some qualities, there is a comparative adjective (ex:  Bom - Melhor, Grande - Maior). Most of them doesn't, and for them, you just write "mais" (it means more) before.

Obs 2: Be aware that the "Superlativo" adjectives in portuguese doesn't mean the same as the Superlative in english. Its a completely different thing!

Você pode usar "o mais contente", por exemplo

E.g happiest, tallest, smallest, coldest, smartest etc. 

happiest = mais felis

tallest = maior

smallest = menor

coldest = mais frio

smartest = mais inteligente
