What does 'fachero' mean?
Hi, what does 'fachero' mean, as in: "Tienen un hombre tan fachero, buena onda y genial en su familia"?

Yes, you're almost right. In Argentina -fachero- is a man who wears brand clothes and accessories, in less words: a vain man. It can be simply a handsome man.
