I like teachers who can lead the conversation, who make me use new words and grammar constructions in different context. I don't like teachers who speak much or explain me much grammar. I can read it myself. I like teachers who are flexible for my needs. How corrects me. And who has a sense of humor. Because learning foreign languages is a pleasure. 

One more important thing. The teacher should love his country, with bad and good things in it. He should teach me not only his language, but also immerge me in the culture, even local sometimes. If I learn a language, I wish I could be a part of this language community.
